- Deposit (the advance payment) is 50% of the price and the rest is paid up to 30 days before arrival.
- Minimum stay from 3 to 7 days, depending on the period.
- Tourist tax 1.60 € per person.
- Cleaning fee per stay 60 €.
- The guest cleans and maintains the apartment during their stay.
- Guests purchase toilet paper themselves except upon arrival.
- Security deposit 200 €.
- Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. For more frequent changes: 5 € single bed linen, 7 € double bed linen, 7 € for towel set.

Payment Terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 50% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
Deposit
- The deposit is 200,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
