Surcharges

• Tourist tax:  1,60 € / per person per night (Mandatory Surcharge)
• Apartment cleaning:  60,00 € / per unit per stay (Mandatory Surcharge)

Host's Note

- The price list is for 2 people, extra bed per day 60 €.
- Minimum stay from 3 to 7 days, depending on the period.
- Deposit (the advance payment) is 50% of the price and the rest is paid up to 30 days before arrival.
- Tourist tax 1.60 € per person.
- Cleaning fee per stay 50 €.
- The guest cleans and maintains the apartment during their stay.
- Guests purchase toilet paper themselves except upon arrival.
- Security deposit 200 €.
- Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. For more frequent changes: 5 € single bed linen, 7 € double bed linen, 7 € for towel set.
